As Full Spectrum Doula/ Birthworker of 16 years, coming into bodywork just made sense. I was witness to the art or surrender and movement to bring the body through an incredible transition. On the other side I often witnessed a disconnect from the body, self and spirit. Fusing this space through breath and hands simply made the most sense.

I am now devoted to supporting all walks of life in reconnecting to their bodies and essence through intentional hands on therapeutic care. Specializing in Women's care: prenatal, postpartum, abdominal, scar tissue and post surgical ( c-section recovery). Every session is designed to meet you where you are, blending techniques that bring calm, nurturing and functionality back to the body.
