MEET JESS

Jessica Cervantes is a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Massage Therapist who graduated with excellence from the National Holistic Institute in July 2021. She completed the Core Massage Therapy Program with 800 hours of hands-on training and continued her education through the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program, completing a total of 1,250 hours and earning her Neuromuscular Therapist certification in October 2022.

With over 13 years in the fitness industry, including extensive experience in mobility and flexibility training, Jessica has always been passionate about movement, recovery, and helping others feel their best. Her journey into recovery work was heavily inspired by her oldest daughter, Ella. As Ella began her jiu-jitsu journey and later transitioned into competitive wrestling, Jessica wanted to better understand how to keep athletes healthy, resilient, and performing at their highest potential. That passion led her deeper into the world of recovery, corrective bodywork, and neuromuscular therapy.

Jessica is also a blue belt in jiu-jitsu and understands firsthand the demands that training, competition, and everyday life place on the body. Her approach is intentional and results-driven. She does not offer traditional Swedish massage or your average deep tissue massage. Instead, she specializes in purposeful sessions designed to identify dysfunction, improve movement, and support recovery. While her work can be intense and highly effective, it does not rely on excessive pressure. She believes meaningful change comes from working with the body and nervous system intentionally, rather than simply applying more force.

Although her sessions are recovery-focused, Jessica also recognizes the importance of downregulating the nervous system. When appropriate, she incorporates techniques that help clients decompress, reduce stress, and leave feeling more relaxed, connected, and in tune with their bodies.

Jessica believes every body tells a story. Her goal is to meet clients where they are, help them better understand their bodies, and support them in moving, recovering, and performing with greater confidence and ease. She is especially passionate about helping people restore confidence in the way they move and hopes to continue expanding her work within the athletic community by combining her passions for recovery, mobility, movement, and performance.
