Nathan has over 15 years experience racing ultramarathons and working as a Physical Educator and Endurance Coach.

The best mentors and healers of his life have been individuals who humbly united academic knowledge with embodied understandings of incremental change. Nathan aims to follow in their footsteps by grounding his practice in the simple, foundational concepts of adaptation, compensation, and homeostasis.

With time, a modest drip of water carves a deep bowl from stone. So too can the steady hand and client-oriented plan lead to sensations of relief, renewal, and depth.

Nathan offers relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and neuromuscular sequences designed to relieve myofascial pain.

In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, reading, discussing philosophy, and playing disc golf with friends. Nathan aspires to one day publish a manual on change-making and be a dog dad to a long-haired dachshund.
