Northern Plains Massage is a professional massage practice located at 700 Western Ave, Room #4, in Minot, North Dakota. The goal is simple: provide quality massage in a calm, comfortable, and straightforward setting for people who need relief from stress, tension, soreness, and the general wear that comes from work, life, and everything in between.

I was born and raised in Minot, and this community has always been home. After graduating from the massage therapy program at Spectrum, I’ve spent more than three years working professionally as a massage therapist, helping clients with everything from relaxation and stress relief to deeper, more focused work on areas that need extra attention. I also coach junior high football in Surrey, where I went to high school, so I understand how much physical strain people carry—whether it comes from work, sports, long hours, or just day-to-day life.

My approach to massage is practical and client-focused. Some people come in because they want to relax and reset. Others need deeper pressure, focused work on stubborn areas, or regular maintenance to keep themselves moving and feeling better. Every session is built around what the client needs that day, with clear communication, professional boundaries, and a setting that does not try to be more complicated than it needs to be.
