My perspective is rooted in more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, where I had the privilege of supporting people through life's challenges, transitions, and healing journeys.

Throughout my career, I observed that emotional and mental wellness cannot be separated from physical health. Time and again, I witnessed how stress, trauma, and daily life demands impact the body, just as physical well-being influences mental and emotional resilience. These experiences inspired me to expand my focus beyond traditional mental health support and create After the Storm Wellness.
