As the owner of After the Storm Wellness, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve greater well-being by recognizing the powerful connection between the mind and body. My perspective is rooted in more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, where I had the privilege of supporting people through life's challenges, transitions, and healing journeys.

Throughout my career, I observed that emotional and mental wellness cannot be separated from physical health. Time and again, I witnessed how stress, trauma, and daily life demands impact the body, just as physical well-being influences mental and emotional resilience. These experiences inspired me to expand my focus beyond traditional mental health support and create After the Storm Wellness.

My mission is to help others prioritize self-care, restoration, and overall wellness through a holistic approach that honors both the body and the mind. I believe that true healing happens when we care for ourselves as whole individuals, fostering balance, strength, and renewed vitality. Through After the Storm Wellness, I am committed to providing services and support that empower people to thrive, not just survive, after life's storms.
