Thank you for being here! I'm Fae, the human behind Mycelial MindBody. As a licensed massage therapist with a psychology/dance degree and a yoga certification, I am passionate about helping people find their way to feeling better in their body. I offer a trauma sensitive approach to a variety of techniques which offers client-centered bodywork sessions.

I found my passion in my massage therapy education at East West College of the Healing Arts when learning about the human fascial system and viewing it as the "mycelium network of the body"—a connective, communicative, and adaptive web that holds our structure together, just as mycelium connects forest ecosystems.

When working with the whole system via fascia, I am able to help integrate all parts of the body to help relieve physical and emotional stagnation. Living with chronic pain myself, bodywork that integrates the whole system of the mind and body, that is trauma sensitive and directly works with my nervous system helps me find lasting relief and ease in my body.

I specialize in just that-- trauma sensitive, whole mind-body, nervous system regulating, integrated sessions where collaboration with you is priority. Sessions can include any or all of these styles and techniques; relaxation/swedish, therapetic/deep tissue, energy work, myofascial release, structutal integration and thai/table thai massage.

I facilitate opportunities for your body and mind to release old patterns, and create space for your authentic self to find home again. It's a practice of joy, finding safety and release.
