My practice is focused on a simple mission: to help you find relief from the physical toll of a demanding lifestyle. Through intentional therapeutic massage, I work to increase circulation, boost lymphatic flow, and deeply calm your nervous system so your body can reset.

This work is a deliberate second chapter for me. After twenty years in a fast-paced manufacturing career, I shifted to the treatment room to make a more direct, human-centered impact.

My approach is deeply shaped by two distinct worlds: my background in industry gives me an appreciation for structure and resilience, while my hands-on work as a ceramic artist has trained me to "listen" with my touch. Much like shaping clay, I know that tight muscles require patience, steady pressure, and a grounded presence to release. To support your long-term wellness, I constantly evolve my practice through continuing education ensuring every session provides effective, restorative, and specialized care.
