Liaison Bodywork is a therapeutic massage practice in Buffalo, NY, specializing in slow, intentional, nervous system–focused care. Each session is designed to down-regulate the body, support recovery, and create the conditions for deeper, more effective therapeutic work.

Rather than fast-paced or routine massage, my therapeutic sessions emphasize sustained pressure, unhurried transitions, and communication, so you get the most out of your session.

I also offer options for a sensory-informed, ASMR sessions. This allows the body to shift out of a guarded state and into one where true release and restoration occur.

Liaison Bodywork is well-suited for those experiencing chronic tension, physical and mental fatigue, or high levels of stress.
