Liaison Bodywork is a therapeutic massage practice in Buffalo, NY, specializing in slow, intentional, nervous system–focused care. Each session is designed to down-regulate the body, support recovery, and create the conditions for deeper, more effective therapeutic work.

Rather than fast-paced or routine massage, my therapeutic sessions emphasize sustained pressure, unhurried transitions, and communication, so you get the most out of your session.

I also offer a sensory-informed ASMR session designed for those who feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. Through calming touch, soothing sounds, and a peaceful environment, this experience helps quiet a busy mind and encourages deep relaxation.
