Hi! I’m Amanda, and I’ve been a massage therapist here in Visalia for 15 years. I love what I do because I get to help people feel better, move better, and take care of their bodies.

I’m trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Prenatal, Stretching, and Hot Stone massage. I’ve also worked closely with physical therapists and chiropractors, which has helped me better understand how to support recovery and long-term wellness.

I enjoy a good challenge and working with clients who are dealing with ongoing issues—but I also believe in being honest: real progress takes time, and there are no overnight fixes. Together, we can create a plan that works for your body.

I had the privilege of teaching Massage Therapy at Milan Institute for three years, where I guided and mentored countless students as they began their own journeys in the profession. Watching their growth, passion, and dedication to helping others was incredibly rewarding and continually inspired me as a therapist and educator. During my time as an instructor, I drew heavily from the knowledge, mentorship, and example of my own instructor, Rhonda, whose influence helped shape both my career and teaching philosophy.

Beyond the classroom, I became actively involved with the California Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), advocating for positive changes within our profession. I worked alongside fellow therapists to help improve the laws and regulations governing massage therapy, with the goal of protecting both clients and practitioners while elevating professional standards across the state. One of the highlights of this work was traveling to Sacramento for Lobby Day, where I met directly with lawmakers to discuss issues affecting massage therapists and the communities we serve. Having the opportunity to champion meaningful change for the future of our profession remains one of the proudest moments of my career.
