Walden Bodywork brings mindful, nature-inspired mobile massage therapy directly to your home or office throughout the Asheville area and surrounding Blue Ridge communities. I use cozy 100% cotton linens and an all natural massage gel, or 100% grape seed oil.

Each session is a living collaboration. I begin with a gentle assessment of your body’s needs and intentions, then weave together a truly personalized blend of techniques — Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and PNF stretching — to create the exact experience your system is asking for. You are always welcome to request specific techniques or areas of focus; I listen and adapt with care and presence.
