I do also offer Swedish-style relaxation massage sessions, for those who are not into deeper work. These treatments are exquisite as well, I will take you deep into the edges of your body and minds ability to let go and receive.

My work blends focused depth with slow, intuitive, sense-based touch that allows the body to fully receive and integrate the session. The result is not only relief from pain and tension, but greater ease, mobility, fluidity, and connection within yourself.

I don’t do routines - each session is custom curated to where your body is that day, moment by moment. This bespoke attention is precisely where your body’s own healing process turns on.

My sessions integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Thai massage, Ashiatsu bars with Thai-style walking, abdominal massage, cupping therapy, and prenatal/pregnancy massage - however, it’s not the specific modality(s) I am trained in that makes my work so potent. It’s that I use the precise tool - in the exact way, that is needed in each moment.
