LMT #25371.

I’ve cultivated a highly personalized style of bodywork that clients consistently describe as immensely effective in a way they’ve never experienced prior from a massage. You will walk away from our sessions with results that last longer than just the day-of treatment. My work helps you feel free, open, fluid, and expressive in your own body - free of past pain and restriction.

I specialize in finding the real sources of issues that many miss - all while taking you into a state of profound relaxation and full-being restoration.

If you’ve been searching for a massage therapist who can meticulously pinpoint and thoroughly work out those areas that have been crying out for help, while still being smooth, flowy, and taking you deep into the depths of relaxation and awakening inside of your mind and body - you’re in luck. That’s me.

I do also offer Swedish-style relaxation massage sessions, for those who are not into deeper work. These treatments are exquisite as well, I will take you deep into the edges of your body and minds ability to let go and receive.

My work blends focused depth with slow, intuitive, sense-based touch that allows the body to fully receive and integrate the session. The result is not only relief from pain and tension, but greater ease, mobility, fluidity, and connection within yourself.

I don’t do routines - each session is custom curated to where your body is that day, moment by moment. This bespoke attention is precisely where your body’s own healing process turns on.

My sessions integrate a range of therapeutic modalities including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Thai massage, Ashiatsu bars with Thai-style walking, abdominal massage, cupping therapy, and prenatal/pregnancy massage - however, it’s not the specific modality(s) I am trained in that makes my work so potent. It’s that I use the precise tool - in the exact way, that is needed in each moment.

I also work with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, helping address pain patterns, tension, mobility limitations, and nervous system stress that can linger after injury or trauma. (Message or call me for PIP Motor Vehicle Claims prior to booking so I can verify your benefits first.)

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck in life and require an upleveling, when they’re experiencing chronic pain, restricted movement, physical holding patterns, major life transitions, or when other bodywork hasn’t fully helped. I commonly work with professional athletes and high achieving clients who have very active lifestyles that demand the most precise, custom-tailored bodywork and massage.

Many clients tell me they’ve “finally” found the kind of therapeutic massage they had been searching for: work that continues benefiting them long after the session ends.
