Please book your appointment online whenever possible. If you have questions or need clarification, feel free to text me. I’m in session most of the day and have very limited time to receive and return phone calls.

YOUR SESSION

Each session is customized to your body and your individual needs. Choose from:

60, 75, or 90-minute sessions

Once you book your appointment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email or text if you are an existing client.

IMPORTANT: If you did not receive both a confirmation text or email, your appointment has not been secured.

The day before your appointment, you will receive a client intake form by email. Please complete and submit it electronically before your session.

When you arrive, we’ll have a short but thorough consultation. I’ll ask about your goals, listen to what your body needs, and tailor the session accordingly.

Tax and credit card processing fees are included in the listed price.

Gratuity is always appreciated.

ABOUT BETH

I’m Beth Connelly, a licensed massage therapist, and I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move more freely, and feel more at home in their bodies. I believe massage is more than simply working on muscles- it can help ease tension, improve mobility, calm the nervous system, and give the body space to reset and restore.

My journey into healing began with Reiki. After practicing Reiki for many years, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening during my Reiki II initiation in 2012. That experience changed the direction of my life and deepened my desire to understand the body, healing, and the connection between the physical and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

That calling led me to Arizona, where I attended the esteemed Sedona School of Massage and developed a strong foundation in anatomy and therapeutic bodywork. My education continued far beyond the classroom. I’ve had the opportunity to study massage in Thailand and complete yoga teacher trainings in India, Ecuador, and Colombia.

Traveling, learning, and experiencing different healing traditions around the world have deeply influenced the way I approach my work today.

My style of massage is intuitive, therapeutic, and integrative. I draw from my experience with different modalities to create sessions that are personalized to each individual.

Whether you’re looking for relief from chronic tension, support with mobility and recovery, or simply a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself, I meet you where you are.

For me, massage is both an art and a practice of listening. Every body is different, and I believe each session should reflect that. My intention is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and cared for- while helping you reconnect with your body.
