At Presence Massage Therapy, each session is more than just a massage - it's a space for listening, intentional touch, and meaningful restoration. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain and tension, support through stress, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, you're in the right place.

With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I offer bodywork that is both therapeutic and deeply intuitive. Every session is customized to meet your unique needs - blending techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation massage in a calm, welcoming environment.

This isn't a rushed or routine massage. It's focused care, grounded in the belief that your body holds its own healing - and that begins by paying attention to it.
