At Equilibrium, my approach to bodywork is rooted in three core principles: regulate, restore, and reconnect.

Regulate is about calming the nervous system—helping your body shift out of stress mode and into a place where it can actually heal.
Restore focuses on relieving tension, improving mobility, and bringing balance back to the body.
Reconnect is about helping you feel present in your body again—aware, aligned, and supported.

No two bodies are the same, which is why no two sessions should be either. I take the time to get to know each client—their lifestyle, their stress patterns, their areas of tension—so we can create a session that truly meets their needs. Whether you’re looking for deep therapeutic work or a space to fully relax, each treatment is tailored with intention.

I also value open communication. Your feedback matters, and I encourage it throughout, and after, the session to ensure the experience feels right for you. My goal is for every session to be exactly what your body needs in that moment.
