I believe massage should do more than help you relax—it should help you feel and function better.

I’m Gil, an Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator. My approach combines therapeutic massage, neuromuscular techniques, and assessment-informed bodywork to provide care tailored to you.

Every session begins by listening to your concerns and understanding your goals. Whether you’re experiencing muscular tension or restricted movement, recovering from physical activity, looking to improve mobility, or simply taking time to reset and recharge, your session is thoughtfully customized to what your body needs that day.

My goal is to help reduce tension, support better movement and recovery, and help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

You’ll find my approach friendly, respectful, and results-driven, with an emphasis on providing personalized care in a comfortable and professional environment.

Whether your goal is pain relief, improved movement, performance and recovery, or relaxation, I’d be honored to be part of your wellness journey.
