Welcome to Ensueño Massage & Wellness, a space created with the intention of helping you slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply take a moment for yourself.

With 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and CAMTC certification, I believe massage is more than just a treatment—it’s an opportunity to feel heard, cared for, and supported. I became a massage therapist because I knew I wanted to help others somehow, even if it’s just for a moment. Over the years, that simple intention has remained at the heart of the work I do.

My approach is warm, nurturing, and therapeutic, with each session tailored to what your body needs that day. Whether you’re experiencing everyday tension, muscular discomfort, stress, or simply need time to relax and recharge, my goal is to create a peaceful experience while helping you feel your best.

I offer therapeutic/deep tissue, relaxation/Swedish, and prenatal massage, as well as focused treatments for the head, neck, and shoulders. I also offer specialized enhancements such as cupping therapy to complement your massage experience.

At Ensueño Massage & Wellness, you don’t have to wait until your body is asking for a break. You deserve time to rest, restore, and care for yourself.

When you’re ready to make space for yourself, I invite you to book your appointment and experience your own moment of Ensueño.

Pause. Breathe. Restore.

Your moment of Ensueño awaits.
