My approach combines therapeutic massage techniques with a relaxing, comfortable environment. Depending on your needs, your session may incorporate focused deep tissue work, stretching, hot or cold stones, cupping, or other techniques to address areas of tension while keeping the experience comfortable and restorative.

I created Revitalize Massage and Spa to be a place where people can slow down, take care of themselves, and receive massage therapy that isn't one-size-fits-all.
