With over six years of experience as a massage therapist, I genuinely love helping people slow down, relax, and feel more at home in their bodies. I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue massage, and I thoughtfully tailor each session to your needs—whether you’re looking to melt away stress, ease chronic tension, or simply enjoy some well-deserved quiet time.

I’m certified in cupping, TMJ treatment, prenatal massage, reflexology, and hot tools, which allows me to blend different techniques to support your comfort, healing, and overall well-being.

I live here in Troy with my boyfriend Dillon and our two young boys. Life can be busy, so I understand how important it is to have a space where you can fully unwind. I strive to create a warm, calming environment where you can relax, recharge, and feel cared for from the moment you walk in.
