Sheri Avera is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Energy Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, Breath work Teacher, Essential Oils Educator, and Manifestation & Life Coach with more than 20 years of experience in holistic wellness.

Sheri offers an integrative approach that brings together therapeutic massage, Reiki and energy work, coaching, breath work, sound baths, and relaxation practices to support the mind and body as a whole.

Her specialty is helping clients slow down, quiet the mind, and relax deeply so the body has an opportunity to soften and release accumulated tension. Her approach is gentle but firm as needed, intuitive, and centered around creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can feel heard and cared for.

Every session is customized to the individual and may incorporate massage, Reiki and energy work, coaching, breath work, sound healing, or a combination of approaches based on each client’s unique needs.
