Roger Hall is a NY licensed massage therapist specializing in healing therapeutic and pain relief massage.

In today's world we are challenged with stress in so many ways. While the stress of today helps to mobilize us against challenges, chronic stress leads to poor sleep, anxiety, high blood pressure, and lowered immunity to name just a few. Massage helps rebalance body and activate relaxation, lower stress hormones, blood pressure and heart rate and increases serotonin and dopamine, which elevates our sense of calm and wellbeing.

With over 12 years as a gym owner and trainer in his home town of Delhi, Roger brings a wealth of knowledge about the body and a passion for pain free movement to his practice.

He graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness school of Massage Therapy, where he honed his skills in various techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, sports massage, neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, and craniosacral therapy. Shortly after graduating, he completed additional training in medical massage with the goal of addressing common pain issues including whiplash, back pain and TMJ dysfunction.

As a therapist, Roger integrates his diverse skill set and intuitive understanding of the body to help clients release tension, promote relaxation, and alleviate pain.
