Hello! My name is Stevie, and I am a dedicated and passionate massage therapist with over 17 years of experience in the wellness industry. My mission is to help individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through the healing power of touch.

I hold a certification in massage therapy from Delaware Learning Institute and have continued my education by specializing in various massage techniques, including:

Swedish Massage: Promoting relaxation and easing muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage: Targeting deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
Sports Massage: Aiding athletes in recovery and performance enhancement.
Craniosacral Therapy: Using light touch, focusing on the membranes and fluid around the brain and spinal cord.
Ashiatsu Massage: using the therapist's feet providing deeper pressure for tension relief.
Myofascial Therapy: relieving tension in connective tissues (fascia) to reduce pain and improve mobility.

I believe that each client is unique and deserves a personalized approach to their massage therapy. My goal is to create a tranquil and supportive environment where clients can unwind and reconnect with their bodies. By listening attentively and adjusting techniques to suit individual needs, I aim to provide a holistic experience that promotes healing and rejuvenation.

Outside of my work, I am an avid soap-maker and yogi. I enjoy exploring new ways to incorporate wellness into everyday life. Whether it’s through meditation, yoga, or spending time in nature, I am always eager to learn and grow.
