My work is an integration of techniques, including Myofascial, Sports, Recovery, and Deep Tissue, with influence from my martial arts background.
I specialize in pain reduction massage: chronic or acute pain, pre and post-surgery, pre and post training massage for competitions...etc. Your pain matters. You matter.
My space is trauma-sensitive and queer-positive. All bodies are welcome.
I lead with compassionate curiosity and a touch of G-rated puns/humor.
I want you to feel heard and leave feeling like you have a step forward in your health journey.

I usually work at 1650 SE 3rd Ave on Mondays in Portland. I am at my Beaverton location Friday and other days by appointment.
