The Reset Studio is a massage and wellness space in the heart of Little Five Points specializing in Ashiatsu massage, therapeutic bodywork, and Buccal Intraoral TMJ Facial Massage. With over a decade of experience, each session is tailored to help relieve pain, reduce tension, improve mobility, and help you feel better in your body.

Known for its broad, comfortable pressure, Ashiatsu allows Lauren to deliver precise, responsive bodywork with her feet rather than her hands. The result is a deeply effective treatment tailored to your body's unique needs and goals, incorporating elbows, forearms, knees, and other techniques as needed.

Using a customized blend of modalities, including myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, sports massage, Thai massage, bamboo massage, cupping, lymphatic techniques, facial sculpting, and intraoral jaw release, each session is tailored to support your body's specific needs.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, jaw tension, stress, injury recovery, or everyday muscle tightness, sessions are designed to provide meaningful relief, nervous system support, and tangible results.

You'll shed layers of tension and stress and leave feeling calm, refreshed, and restored.
