My sessions focus on gentle restorative touch. I don't offer heavy pressure massage, but many clients find that lighter, sustained pressure and more gentle deep tissue techniques achieve remarkable relief. If you're looking for heavy pressure work specifically, I'm happy to refer you to a colleague.

I offer sessions in my home studio or at your home or business location. In my home studio, you may occasionally sense the presence of my four-legged housemates - a cat and a dog. If you have pet allergies, please keep this in mind when booking.

I am pleased to offer outcall massage, bringing this care directly to you in the comfort of your own home or place of business. (Select Travel to me on the Services page to view outcall services.) Outcall services are available at the standard in-office rate when three or more back-to-back, consecutive 60- or 90-minute sessions can be scheduled on the same date, at the same location, and for different recipients – making this an ideal option for care facilities, assisted living communities, businesses, or households where multiple family members would benefit from care on the same visit.
