I became a licensed massage therapist in 2020, building on a background in Reiki that began in 2015. Early in my career, I discovered a natural ability for therapeutic bodywork and quickly developed a passion for helping people find real, lasting relief.

My work focuses on results-driven therapeutic massage designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body. Each session is customized using specific techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and other therapeutic tools when appropriate.

I find fulfillment in problem-solving with each client, identifying areas of tension and using targeted techniques to help the body function at its best. Providing quality, effective massage is something I take great pride in, and my goal is to leave my clients feeling better than when they arrived.

Outside the treatment room, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, being with my family, and loving on my dogs, Finneas and Blaise, along with my senior cat Cori.
