Magpie & Alder – Therapeutic Massage & Integrative Healing

At Magpie & Alder, healing is approached as a full body, mind, and spirit experience. Sessions are designed to support pain relief, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your body’s natural ability to heal.

Dawn Murphy is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 13 years of experience offering personalized therapeutic massage and integrative bodywork. Her work may include therapeutic massage, cupping, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, somatic awareness, and intuitive guidance, depending on each client’s needs and comfort level.

Magpie & Alder also offers pediatric and sensory-informed bodywork for children and adolescents, including support for body awareness, regulation, and sensory-friendly touch. These sessions are especially helpful for children who benefit from a gentle, individualized approach.

Whether you are seeking relief from muscle tension, support for chronic stress, nervous system balance, or a more connected healing experience, each session is created to meet you where you are.

Where body, mind, and spirit reconnect—so your own healing can lead the way.
