Each session is fully customized using a combination of techniques such as massage, stretching, cupping, or energy work—based on what your body needs that day.

Rather than following a set routine, I focus on how your muscles and fascia are functioning to address the source of discomfort, not just the symptoms. This helps create longer-lasting relief and supports your body in moving and recovering more efficiently.
