Hi, I’m Erin, the owner of True North Lymphatic Bodywork.

My path into massage therapy is rooted in both my background in nursing and a deeply personal experience. While caring for a close family member during their battle with cancer, I saw firsthand the impact that gentle, supportive touch—especially lymphatic work—can have on comfort, swelling, and overall well-being. That experience shaped the way I view care and ultimately led me to pursue massage therapy with a focus on lymphatic health.

I specialize in lymphatic drainage and therapeutic bodywork designed to support the body’s natural processes, reduce swelling, and relieve areas of tension and restriction. My approach is intentional and individualized, combining clinical knowledge with a calm, respectful environment where each client feels supported.
