My name is Peyton Herbert, and I’m truly grateful you’re here.

My path to massage therapy began with a deep calling to support others on their healing journeys. Over time, that calling has grown into a practice that blends intuitive touch with therapeutic techniques such as Muscle Energy Technique (MET), trigger point therapy, Swedish relaxation, and deep tissue work. I take a holistic approach to bodywork—one that honors the connection between body, mind, and energy—so each session is thoughtfully tailored to what your body needs most.

I offer bodywork that listens. By tuning into where the body holds tension, emotion, or story, I meet you with presence, intention, and care. When deeper, more focused work is needed, I meet you there. When gentle, restorative support is called for, I offer that too. My goal is always the same: to hold space for your healing in whatever form it takes.

Originally from Los Angeles, my life has been shaped by meaningful transformation. While five months pregnant with my daughter, my husband and I made the courageous decision to leave behind the fast pace and constant pressure of Southern California. We let go of nearly everything we owned and followed a calling toward a slower, more intentional life.

When we arrived in Eugene, we immediately knew we had found home.

Surrounded by lush forests, mineral-rich hot springs, and a community that values natural healing, I found the grounding and inspiration that deeply influence my work today. My connection to nature, energy, family, and animals continues to shape the nurturing, compassionate space I strive to create for every client.
