I’m a licensed massage therapist, and I truly love what I do. I started my career in a chiropractic setting, which gave me a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork and a real appreciation for how much stress and tension the body can hold onto.

Over time, I’ve grown to love blending clinical work with relaxation-focused massage. I offer Swedish massage, deep tissue work, silicone cupping, and care that’s tailored to what your body needs that day.

What I enjoy most is helping people feel more like themselves again—less tight, less overwhelmed, and more at ease in their body. I really value being part of someone’s reset, whether that’s working through chronic tension or simply giving your mind and body space to slow down for a bit.

I especially enjoy working with women and supporting different seasons of wellness in their lives, while still meeting each person right where they’re at.
