Welcome to IS Priority Massage — Your Body Is Priority!

My name is Illianexise Serrano, and I am a certified massage therapist, CrossFit coach, and fitness professional passionate about helping people move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best.

My focus is on sports massage, assisted stretching, mobility, and strength and conditioning for young athletes. With my background in athletics and coaching, I understand the importance of proper recovery, flexibility, strength, and injury prevention in athletic performance.

Through personalized recovery sessions and athletic training, my goal is to help athletes reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, build strength, develop better movement patterns, and reach their full potential. I am especially passionate about helping young athletes develop a strong foundation through age-appropriate strength and conditioning that supports their growth, confidence, and performance.

Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your performance, a young competitor building strength, or an active individual seeking recovery, IS Priority Massage is here to support your journey.

Train with purpose. Recover with intention. Perform with confidence.
