As a MASSAGE THERAPIST, I love helping the rider community find relief through massage! I am a licensed practitioner and tailor my techniques to provide that relief, with the goal of improving endurance, range of motion and improving performance.

I utilize sports massage, Swedish, SMRT, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release, all modalities which can assist with chronic pain or restrictions due to past injury, scar tissue, or overuse.

Why me? Because I am also a rider, I understand first hand (pun intended) how massage can have a positive impact on your riding.

As a RACER it turns out my brain needs two wheels, corner speed entry and picking up the bike in exit throttle to hyper focus my brain, and have intense levels of fun. There is nothing better than the rider community, it's family.

This will be my second season racing with WMRRA, I previously raced with ARHMA (2020), and CRA (2017-2021). I love this dynamic sport, it's constantly challenging!
