I’m a bodyworker focused on helping people release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with their body in a grounded, practical way. My sessions combine deep tissue massage with an attentive, awareness-based approach that adapts to what your body is holding in the moment, rather than following a fixed routine.

Underlying my work is the understanding that the body is not something to be “fixed,” but something to be returned to balance. In yogic terms, this is the ongoing interplay of sthira and sukha—stability and ease—where lasting change comes through both depth and integration.

I draw from training in massage therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and traditional systems of body and energy work, with an emphasis on direct experience over theory. I’m interested in how physical, emotional, and subtle patterns show up in the body, and how they can begin to unwind through skilled touch and presence.

Each session is tailored in real time, with the goal of supporting greater ease, clarity, and coherence in the body.
