I am passionate about helping people with chronic pain and autoimmune disorders experience relief and wellbeing. After my own journey with chronic illness I deeply understand how important wellness is to our wellbeing. Those with chronic illnesses and pain often need massage techniques that are relaxing to the nervous system and relieving for muscle tension.

My approach to massage is rooted in my belief that the body has the ability to heal when it is given the right support. Some bodies need deep tissue to release muscle tension while others need a touch that is relaxing and soothing to the nervous system. While giving massage I am assessing what muscles are holding tension and how that is impacting the surrounding muscles. Often I find that the area that someone is feeling pain is connected to a pattern linked to a past injury, muscle guarding and the biggest one STRESS.

I offer Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Cupping and Reiki individually or combined to give a massage that is tailored to individual needs.
