I believe that effective bodywork is a blend of science and art. My approach, which I call Informed Touch, is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy and the nervous system. I created My Tiny Massage Studio to create a space space where your recovery is the only priority.

My Expertise

With advanced training and Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB®) I specialize in helping clients navigate chronic pain and structural imbalances. Whether you are recovering from surgery or seeking a deep nervous system reset, every session is tailored to your unique anatomical needs.

Outside the studio

I find inspiration in the resilience of the human spirit and the entrepreneurial, individualist spirit of Fort Collins. My approach, Informed Touch, combines clinical science with the intuition of a craftsman. I look forward to welcoming you to my private studio near the CSU Flower Gardens—a tiny safe space to reset so you can get back to enjoying the little things.
