Nestled in the heart of Boone, Iowa, our brand-new wellness studio (est. 2026) was created with one purpose in mind: to give you a place to truly rest.

Designed as an all-in-one destination for relaxation and renewal, our space brings together experienced massage therapists, a licensed physical therapist, and a skilled esthetician under one roof. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension, recovering from an injury, or simply craving a peaceful reset, you’ll find thoughtful, professional care tailored to your needs.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll notice the difference. Soft lighting, calming details, and a welcoming atmosphere create a space where you can exhale. Every treatment room was designed with comfort in mind; quiet, private, and intentionally peaceful.

We believe self-care should feel both restorative and accessible. Here, expertise meets warmth, and clinical knowledge blends seamlessly with spa-level relaxation.

Your time here isn’t just an appointment. It’s your reset.
