Here, at Ikigai Wellness, our services are focus on injury prevention, improving athletic performance, flexibility & mobility, managing soreness & pain, & educating clients on ways they can actively participate in their own well-being. Our services combine eastern & western techniques, from Nuad Thai Massage & Myofascial Techniques, into an intuitive bodywork experience -- no two sessions are alike. One thing is certain, we will work with you to keep you feeling well, inform you of how you can best work with us, & encourage you to actively participate in your ideal life.

Currently, Ikigai Wellness provides mobile/at-home services only, within 15 miles of Lafayette, NJ. Soon, we will be relocating to the greater Boulder, CO area.
