Hi, I’m Jesilyn. I’m a trauma-informed, inclusive Licensed Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach serving the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.

I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from their bodies. Through integrative bodywork and holistic support, I help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and guide you back to a place of balance, presence, and ease.

My approach is both therapeutic and intuitive. I blend massage therapy, Reiki, energy work, and mindful presence to create a deeply personalized experience that meets you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

My journey into healing began over 25 years ago on a yoga mat and has evolved into a path that includes certification as a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’m licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and my work is rooted in supporting women through many phases of life—from pregnancy, where I offer nurturing prenatal massage and yoga, to perimenopause and beyond, when the body and nervous system often call for deeper care and regulation.

I work with women navigating stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, and that feeling of being disconnected from themselves. Each session I offer is designed to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel more at home in your body.

I also express my passion for healing through wire-wrapped crystal jewelry, creating each piece with intention to carry grounding and supportive energy.

At the heart of my work is compassion, presence, and a deep respect for your body’s innate wisdom. I believe healing isn’t something to be forced—it’s something to be supported. My role is to guide you, hold space for you, and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.
