After 12 years as a stay-at-home mom, I chose not to return to the corporate world. Instead, I followed a deeper calling: to offer healing through healthy, loving touch. Massage therapy allows me to remain present for my family while contributing to the world in a way that truly resonates with who I am.

I bring a naturally intuitive approach to bodywork, with a special affinity for deep tissue and neuromuscular (trigger point) techniques. I also enjoy the soothing flow of Swedish massage and believe that feet—our everyday heroes—deserve focused care and gratitude.
