Lydia has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010, Certified Yoga Instructor since 2012, and Certified Reiki Practitioner since 2016, with a focus on whole-body, mind, and spirit wellness.

Lydia is currently working toward her 300-Hour Yoga Instructor Certification, and will have a combined 500-Hour Certification upon completion, focusing on Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Integrated Hatha.
