My mission is to promote health and wellness through prevention and education. I have a deep understanding of physiology and the musculoskeletal system. The combination of education, experience and deep passion to help people is unique and highly effective for the success of my services.

I began my career in the health and wellness industry in 1986. I earned her bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Exercise Science and Communications in 1992. I have over 35 years of experience. I also manage my own personal fitness training and consulting service, The Fitness Coach, LLC established in 2003.

I attended The Health Enrichment Center for massage therapy education and am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am also an American College of Sports Medicine certified Exercise Physiologist since 1993. I have experience in physical therapy, sports specific training and have been instrumental in developing successful weight loss programs.

My passion is to help others with an overall health and wellness journey.

Specialties: General therapeutic massage, sports massage, and pre-natal massage. I also enjoy small group fitness training.
