Hi, I'm Penny. I'm a Reiki Master, Advanced Crystal Practitioner, and holistic practitioner with a long-standing interest in the connection between mind, body, energy, and our deeper sense of self.

My approach is gentle, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe there are many different paths and tools that can support our well-being, and I enjoy exploring ways they can help us relax, restore balance, and better understand ourselves.

When you work with me, you don't need to understand energy work or believe exactly what I believe. My goal is simply to create a comfortable, respectful space where you can slow down, listen inward, and allow your experience to unfold at your own pace.

I'm trained as an Usui Reiki Master, Holy Fire III Reiki Master, and Advanced Crystal Practitioner, and I have completed Level 1 training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). I continue to explore and study additional holistic practices that may support my clients on their own healing and self-discovery journeys.
