With over 30 years of hands-on experience, I've dedicated my career to providing exceptional, personalized therapeutic massage. As the founder of Connect With Massage, established in 1997, I've built my practice on trust, meaningful relationships, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.

My journey into massage therapy began with my own healing experience.

After a car accident, I worked with chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. During that recovery, I received my first professional massage—and fell in love with it. I experienced firsthand how powerful skilled, compassionate touch could be. That experience inspired what would become my life's work.

Over the past decade, my experiences working with functional medicine and holistic practitioners have further deepened my appreciation for an integrative, whole-person approach to wellness.

Experience. Intuition. Personalized Care.

Whether you're seeking deep relaxation, relief from chronic muscle tightness, focused deep tissue massage, or therapeutic bodywork following an auto accident, I customize every session around your individual needs.

My extensive continuing education includes chronic pain, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques, kinesiology taping, Dermoneuromodulation (DNM), and Embodied Traditions® Holistic Abdominal Therapy.

I believe the best therapeutic massage combines skilled hands, thoughtful listening, and the ability to adapt techniques to each individual. No two bodies are alike, and no two sessions should be either.

What I value most are the lasting relationships I've developed with clients who prioritize their well-being, appreciate professional expertise, and trust me with their care.

My personal practice of meditation and mindful breathing has also shaped my approach to wellness, reinforcing my belief in the connection between physical comfort, relaxation, and emotional well-being.

If you're looking for an experienced massage therapist who values quality, connection, and exceptional individualized attention, I would be honored to work with you.
