At Body in Balance Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, we believe balance looks different for everyone.

For some, it's finding relief from chronic pain. For others, it's reducing stress after a long week, recovering from an injury, improving mobility, caring for their skin, or simply taking time to recharge. Whatever balance means to you, our goal is to help you find it. Every body is different, so every treatment should be different too.

Since opening our doors in 2015, we've built Body in Balance around one simple philosophy: no two clients are alike, so no two treatments should be either. Every service is personalized to your individual goals, combining experience, education, and a variety of therapeutic techniques to provide the care that's right for you.

Our team is passionate about continuing education and staying current with the latest techniques and treatments. Whether you're visiting for a customized therapeutic massage, facial, body treatment, waxing service, or simply a moment of relaxation, you'll receive thoughtful, professional care in a welcoming environment designed around your comfort and well-being.

We're proud to have earned the trust and recognition of thousands of clients throughout the Shreveport-Bossier community. While awards and recognition are an honor, what matters most to us is helping every person who walks through our doors leave feeling better than when they arrived.
