Massage Therapy

Whether you are in pain or suffering from an injury, you have come to the right place. With over 20 years experience, I specialize in and focus on helping you on your journey to health and wellness. I have specific training in injury treatment and orthopedic assessment. I served on the Texas Massage Therapy Advisory Board for two years. In this time I was an integral part of making draping required in all massage settings in the state of Texas. I am very proud of this accomplishment and my chance to bring more legitimacy to the profession.

Somatic Experiencing

We all experience trauma in our lifetime, the ability to fully heal from it may not be as common. SE is a body oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders.This method releases traumatic shock which is key to transforming PTSD and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma. This gentle approach differs from talk therapy in that, what actually happened, isn't as important as how and where you feel it in your body. This training has been a natural progression for me as that I see people with many traumas daily. Although massage can help to alieviate pain, SE can get to the root of where the traumatic memory is being stored.

Although you may have been referred by a physician or psychotherapist, I do not accept insurance.
