For nearly three decades, I have been devoted to the art and science of healing. My journey began in massage therapy, where I immersed myself in a wide range of modalities, gaining deep respect for the body’s intelligence and its remarkable capacity to restore itself when given the right support.

Today, my work is rooted in integrative massage therapy—a personalized approach that blends clinical precision with intuitive care. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet your body where it is, whether you are navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking restoration. My advanced training includes certification in the Graston Technique®, allowing me to address soft tissue restrictions and mobility concerns with focused, results-driven treatment.

Over the past five years, my path has expanded into life coaching, where I am especially passionate about supporting women through seasons of transition. I understand how life changes—whether chosen or unexpected—can affect not only the body, but also the heart and mind. My work is to hold space, offer guidance, and help you move forward with clarity, strength, and intention.
