Individual Sessions

Perfect for first-time clients or anyone needing a little reset. These sessions help relieve tension and physical discomfort , reduce stress and allow you to experience the benefits of holistic wellness.

Couples Yoga Sessions

Enjoy a private yoga session designed for two. Whether you are beginners or experienced practitioners, these sessions are tailored to all experience levels and may include gentle movement, partner stretches, breath-work, and meditation to help both individuals feel grounded and restored.

Transformational Series

For those wanting to make a commitment to themselves through consistent self care, my 4 week wellness series provide lasting benefits. Each session is designed to build upon one another, to achieve the results you are looking for. These series are offered as a Massage & Bodywork series and Yoga & Mindfulness series.

Monthly Membership

Prioritize your well-being with consistent, intentional care. This monthly membership includes one 75-minute Massage Therapy session or one 60-minute Manual Lymphatic Drainage session, supporting your body’s natural rhythm of rest, release, and renewal.

INTAKE & CONSENT FORM

Once you schedule your session, you will receive an email from MassageBook with a link to complete your intake and consent forms. Please submit these at least 24 hours before your appointment so I have adequate time to review your health history, contact you with any questions and prepare for your session.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Your scheduled session reserves dedicated time specifically for you. Because of this, appointments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Payments for canceled sessions will remain on file as a credit to be used toward a future appointment.

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and processing fees may apply.

Additional booking and cancellation details are provided in your appointment confirmation email.
